Our Policy
Effective June 19, 2026
Centering Wellbeing publishes articles, newsletters, podcasts, audio, and related media about founder well-being, work, stress, burnout, mental health, investing culture, and the systems around entrepreneurship. These Terms explain the rules for using the site and its content.
By visiting, browsing, subscribing to, or otherwise using Centering Wellbeing, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional terms that appear in connection with a specific feature. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is an editorial and educational media property. It may include reporting, commentary, interviews, research summaries, personal reflections, podcasts, audio, video, and newsletter content.
The content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. Do not use the site as a substitute for speaking with qualified professionals who understand your specific situation.
Centering Wellbeing discusses stress, burnout, founder mental health, and related subjects. Nothing on the site creates a clinician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, advisor, or professional relationship.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, believe you may hurt yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, call your local emergency number or contact an appropriate crisis service immediately.
Some content may discuss founders, investors, venture capital, company performance, risk, insurance, workplaces, or financial pressure. That content is not investment advice, due diligence advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a promise about outcomes. You are responsible for your own business, employment, investment, and financial decisions.
We try to publish thoughtful, careful work, but the site may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, interrupted media, or unavailable features. We may edit, update, remove, archive, or reorganize content at any time without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or free of defects.
If you subscribe to a newsletter, request access, accept an invitation, or otherwise give us contact information, you agree that we may use that information to provide the requested service and related communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those emails where available.
Audio, podcast, video, analytics, hosting, email, and media features may rely on third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Some parts of the site may require an account, invitation, or administrative access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use access only for authorized purposes, and notify us if you believe your account or invitation has been misused.
Unless otherwise stated, the site and its articles, podcast materials, graphics, audio, video, design, code, logos, names, and other content are owned by Centering Wellbeing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the site for personal, informational, non-commercial use. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, sell, train models on, or commercially exploit site content without written permission, except where the law allows it.
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to bypass security, interfere with the site, overload infrastructure, upload malicious code, harvest data, impersonate others, use the site for unlawful purposes, or use content in a misleading way. We may restrict or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
If you send ideas, comments, corrections, feedback, guest suggestions, or other materials, you grant Centering Wellbeing permission to use them to operate, improve, edit, and promote the site and its content without owing compensation. Please do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information unless we have specifically agreed in writing to receive it.
The site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, media hosts, analytics providers, email services, podcast platforms, payment or hosting providers, and other services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.
Your use of the site may involve collection or processing of information such as subscription details, analytics events, device information, or account data. Any privacy notice or privacy policy made available by Centering Wellbeing explains more about those practices. By using the site, you acknowledge that internet-based services necessarily involve data transmission through third-party infrastructure.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centering Wellbeing disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centering Wellbeing and its owners, contributors, guests, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Centering Wellbeing and its owners, contributors, guests, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date or publish the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
